Definition of a Warm+ Opportunity

A Warm+ Opportunity is a contact who has been scored as "Warm" or "Hot" in Deal Hunter based on their engagement behavior—video views, email opens, link clicks, or other tracked signals. These are people who are actively leaning in and ready for your outreach or retargeting.

Guarantee Activation+ Requirements

To qualify for the Opportunity Guarantee, you must complete one of the following within 30 days of subscription activation:

  • 1. Lead Hunter Users: Approve your first Lead Hunter list for campaign deployment; OR
  • 2. Database Import Users: Upload a minimum of 500 valid contacts to the CRM for campaign deployment.

If the activation requirement is not met within 30 days, the Opportunity Guarantee is permanently voided.

Additional Terms

  • The Opportunity Guarantee applies to the first quarter of subscription only and does not renew.
  • Contacts must include valid email addresses to be eligible for video campaign deployment.
  • All sales are final upon subscription activation.
